Merestone Design offers comprehensive solutions for interiors and permaculture-based landscape designs. Below you will find details and pricing.

Each project is uniquely different, like a fingerprint, therefore all or any combination of the below services are available.

Upon receiving a request for services via our website you will be sent a program questionnaire and a complimentary hour-long consultation, within the greater Phoenix area.

Design Services & Packages

 Interior Design Services

Interior Design Service: Option A - $150 per hour

  • Space planning - blocking out interior areas, defining patterns, developing plans for furniture layout and equipment placement overlayed onto existing architectural plans.
  • On-site meetings in the instance of an already existing space.

Interior Design Service: Option B - $150 per hour

  • Surface and finish selections - including but not limited to cabinets, counter tops, interior paint, flooring, lighting, and exterior finishes.
  • On-site and off-site meetings for selection of finishes and installation.

Interior Design Service: Option C - See Details Below

  • Cost + 25% - Space Planning and Funiture/Accessory Selection
    • Space planning - blocking out interior spatial areas, defining patterns, developing plans for furniture layout and equipment placement overlayed onto the architectural plans.
    • Furniture and accessory selection, custom ordering, receipt and installation.
  • $3.50sq ft - Surface and Finish Selections
    • Surface and finish selections - including but not limited to cabinets, counter tops, interior paint, flooring, lighting, and exterior finishes.
    • On-site and off-site meetings for selection of finishes and installation.
  • 1 year membership to Culture Club.

 *Storage of furniture, surfaces, and accessories are not included in any of the options.

 

Permascape Design Services

Permascape Design Service: Option A - $150 per hour
  • Client Brief -  A questionnaire to clarify goals, priorities, resources, and limitations.
  • In-Person Consulting - This service is designed for small projects, straightforward setups, and single-issue resolutions. 
  • A limit of 5 hours of consultation is set for each project or property. Design plans are not included. 
  • Consultation notes will be delivered via email or a provided file link.

 

Permascape Design Service: Option B - $1000 minimum
*Cost varies depending on job, acreage, hours onsite.
  • Client brief - questionnaire clarifying goals, priorities, resources and limitations.
  • Property map – the initial image is pulled from google earth. If necessary, a drone maybe be recommended to image the entire property. A boundary and contour map are generated identifying the relevant location and property data required.
  • Observation/Research – a collection of data on the features and components within the landscape relevant to the design process. This includes but is not limited to climate factors, geography, water, access, flora & fauna, soil type, infrastructure, energy components, and social components.
  • Sector analysis - this analysis will identify, locate and map out each sector within a site noting the paths of energy in and out of the property. Sectors include sun angles, wind direction, water flow, common natural disasters and their effects, access, negative sectors, aesthetic considerations and wildlife patterns.
  •  W.A.S. map - a result of all the above. Specifically focused on water, access and structures.
  • Zone map - mapped predictions of the property activity using standard zones 0-5. This is a pre-requisite for a final composition and species map.
  • Final Composition - a culmination of the boundary map, W.A.S, and species map.
  • File with all the above info.

 

Permascape Design Service: Option C - $1500 minimum

Sustainable infrastructure systems consist of the following: Water Catchment/Storage (Grey, Rain, Well) and Renewable Energy (Bio, Geothermal, Hydro, Solar, Wind).
